Bobby and his dad Herb,owned the Jockey Club Nightclub in Phoenix from 1976-1995 which gave him a large network of clients ranging from professional sports figures to local business associates. His expansive knowledge base allows him to serve clients in a wide variety of price ranges.

Bobby has been hired by the valley's top attorneys over the past 11 years as a Special Real Estate Commissioner and has sold over 325 homes through the BANKRUPTCY and FAMILY/SUPERIOR Courts. In addition, Bobby is used by the local media as a real estate expert when different issues/questions come up.

In 2014, Bobby sold a 15 home luxury subdivision and a 10 home subdivision.

This honor is a validation of Bobby's reputation, professionalism and success in the industry. In 2006, the BUSINESS JOURNAL named The Lieb Group as one of the valley's top selling realtors. He has been the top selling North Central Phoenix realtor since 2000. in 2012, Bobby was ranked as the number 6 valley realtor in sales volume by the Phoenix Business Journal.

Bobby was hired by Cindy and Senator McCain to sell their personal residence in North Central Phoenix. The home was 11,000 square feet and Lieb sold it for $3.2 million. In 2010 the buyers decided to short sell it and Lieb sold it for the second time for $1.8 million.

Bobby has also been involved with over 100 REO/BANK OWNED SALES in addition to over 50 short sales ranging from $100K-$3.5M. Over the past 9 years, Bobby has averaged 75 sales per year. In 2012 Bobby sold 111 homes all over the Valley totaling $52 million and in 2013 he sold 126 homes totaling $56 million in sales.

Bobby now heads a new division at HomeSmart which he started in 2011 called the HomeSmart Elite Group, which consists of 325 HomeSmart Realtors, who are established and successful in the industry. Bobby holds meetings every month for the HomeSmart Elite Group and has 2 or 3 speakers at each meeting. Recent speakers include: State of Arizona Real Estate Commissioner Lowe, Local Attorneys and Appraisers, Bill Gray with the Arizona School of Real Estate, Catherine Reagor with the Arizona Republic and Michael Orr with ASU WP Carey. The group networks and discusses the ever changing market we work and live in. We encourage supporting local businesses as well which is very important to not only our neighborhoods but essential for a balance for the residential neighborhood. The Elite Team totalled 15% of the valley's sales volume in 2013.

Katherine J. Wright

Kathy Wright has lived in the North Central area for the last 15 years, and has worked with Bobby since 1999. She brings over 18 years of Real Estate experience to The Lieb Group. Being a licensed Realtor, Certified Realtor Assistant, Certified Short Sale Negotiator and Certified Distressed Property Expert allows her to function in all aspects of Real Estate. Kathy manages each transaction staying in constant communication with clients, banks, loan officers, title companies and various parties, ensuring a smooth escrow.

Mary-Esther Meza

An Arizona native, Mary-Esther has been working under the HomeSmart unbrella since 2009 as office manager at HomeSmart mortgage and then as part of the HomeSmart corporate office administrative team. Mary-Esther lives in the North Central area with her family. We are excited to have her as part of the Lieb Group as a licensed Realtor and assistant. She brings a great deal of ambition and enthusiasm to her position.

Dennis Blomquist

Originally from California and Utah, Dennis has worked with Bobby for the past 12 years in various capacities from maintaining his computer systems; designing and developing his website to producing marketing brochures and real estate photography.
