Bobby Lieb’s name has been synonymous with residential real estate in Phoenix for more than twenty years. His reputation as a top selling agent in North Central and the neighboring Biltmore District, where he splits his time, has earned the trust of high-profile clientele who expect discretion and privacy during the sale as well as many other repeat-clients and friends who rely on Bobby to buy and sell their homes.
His focus and honest, personal approach to residential real estate has made him a top producer year after year. During his career, Bobby has sold more than 1800 homes for an average price of $550k and is marking a career high sales year in 2014 with more than 180 homes sold.
Bobby ranked as the #1 Top Performing Realtor for both volume and units each year since joining HomeSmart in 2011. Upon joining HomeSmart Bobby founded the Elite Group, which is the top producing division of HomeSmart Realtors. He leads the group’s monthly networking and educational meetings and serves as a resource for its members.
His success as a HomeSmart agent follows many years of award recognition for achieving high sales. In 1996 Bobby was first recognized as a Top Agent and by 1999 he earned the honor of being named to the President’s Roundtable Lifetime Award Winner, an award only given to top Realtors for consistently making high sales for five consecutive years.
A proud Phoenix resident, Bobby Lieb moved to Arizona in 1978. He has spent most of his life in in the Biltmore and North Central, where he currently lives with his family. Bobby was first introduced to the area while working with his dad Herb, who owned the Jockey Club Nightclub from 1976 – 1995. The Club introduced him to a wide network of people, including professional sports figures, politicians and local business associates, many of whom have been his clients.

Cindy and Senator John McCain hired Bobby to sell their 11,000 square-foot personal residence located in North Central Phoenix for $3.2M. He then represented the new owners in their short sale in 2010, selling it for a second time for $1.8M.

Court Orders and Bank Owned Sales
Because challenging times arise for people at various points in their lives, Bobby makes himself available as a Special Real Estate Commissioner to the bankruptcy and family superior courts. Serving in this capacity, he works with the Valley’s top lawyers on behalf of their clients to list and sell homes and facilitate resolving the legal issues associated with these assets. During his career, Bobby has been involved with more than 325 court ordered home sales.
He is also well-versed in representing sellers through the short-sale process and working with banks in REO/Bank Owned Sales. While the process can be arduous and complicated for a buyer or seller, Bobby’s familiarity with its nuances make him an invaluable resource. On average, Bobby has approximately 75 sales for banks each year. However, with the economic downturn these sales became more prevalent which resulted in more than 110 bank owned home sales in 2012 and 126 sales in 2013.

Kathy Wright has lived in the North Central area for the last 15 years, and has worked with Bobby since 1999. She brings over 18 years of Real Estate experience to The Lieb Group. Being a licensed Realtor, Certified Realtor Assistant, Certified Short Sale Negotiator and Certified Distressed Property Expert allows her to function in all aspects of Real Estate. Kathy manages each transaction staying in constant communication with clients, banks, loan officers, title companies and various parties, ensuring a smooth escrow.
Originally from California and Utah, Dennis has worked with Bobby for the past 12 years in various capacities from maintaining his computer systems; designing and developing his website to producing marketing brochures and real estate photography.
